Create a Wholesale Buyer Account
Creating an account on our website enables buyers to place orders, access order history, save items to a wishlist, reorder items, check tracking, payment information, order status, and more. To create an account, go to the account page, here. After your account has been created, please allow us a short time to manually flag your account as a wholesale buyer account in our system. We will send you an email once your buyer account has been approved.

Ordering Process
1) Find products by clicking on the "view wholesale products - view policies & info" category link (visible after log-in).
2) Place an order on our website.
3) Once your order is processed, you will be sent an email with your ship date and an estimated delivery date.
4) When your order ships you will receive an email with all of the shipping information, including a tracking number.

Note: Orders placed under minimum will be cancelled and refunded.

 


NET 30 Buyers: Payment Method (ON APPROVAL ONLY)
If you are an approved NET 30 buyer, please use one of these payment methods during checkout:
   1) Wholesale NET 30 CHECK Payment  (payment by check is due within 30 days of ship date)

   2) Wholesale NET 30 PAYPAL Invoice (buyer will be invoiced via PayPal, with payment due within 30 days of ship date)

Using Your Own Shipping Account (ON APPROVAL ONLY)
If you would like to use your own shipping account, please choose the below shipping option (on approval only):
   1) Use Wholesale buyers shipping account & carrier (on approval only)
Note: In the notes section during checkout, please note the shipping carrier you would like to use along with your account number.  Available to US buyers only.


 

Quantity Minimums
We want you to receive the perfect fit of Idea Boxes for your store and customers. Your success with our product is important to us. As a standard practice, we offer mixed cases of product, chosen by you, to fit your individual needs. Choose whichever Idea Boxes you feel will work for you...no minimum on like products, only a minimum on overall total of Idea Boxes.

Payment
Payment for your order is an automated process through our website, with payment being due at checkout. 



Shipping
We ship via USPS and FedEx. Shipping costs and carrier choices will be provided during the checkout process. To calculate shipping costs: place quantity in cart and go to checkout.

Q: How many Idea Boxes will fit into one shippable box? We can fit up to 60 Idea Boxes into one shippable box. Quantities over 60 will be shipped in two or more shipping boxes.


INTERNATIONAL INFO
International Buyers – Please Read: 
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.



Returns, Damages, Cancellations
We want you to receive your Idea Boxes in the same excellent condition in which they were shipped. If your Idea Boxes incur any damage during the shipping process, please let us know immediately and we will remedy the situation promptly. We do not offer returns, buybacks or exchanges on our Idea Boxes. All of The Idea Boxes are made upon ordering. If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately.

There are two sizes of Idea Boxes: Regular Size and Mini Size.
All of the Regular Size boxes are available for wholesale. Mini Boxes are not available for wholesale.

Wholesale orders are usually ready to ship within 7-10 business days (and up to 14 business days, depending on the time of year)

Stock Photos & Printable's
We provide retailers with professional stock photos of our wholesale products. You will find the link to the photos, here. Included with the photos, will be a FAQ's Sheet for internal use only, as well as Shelf-Talker Cards you can print. We try to include the FAQ's Sheet and various sizes of Shelf-Talker Cards in with every order, but if you need additional copies, you can either contact us for more, or print them out.


Sample Boxes for Display
We would be happy to include a sample box in with your order so your customers can look at the box, feel the coins, and see what kinds of activities are included. In the notes section of your order, please let us know which sample box you would like. 
 

Selling on Third-Party Sites, etc.
To be/remain an Idea Box Kids reseller, you must sell direct to your consumer. For all online sales, websites must be owned & operated by your company. Selling Idea Boxes in the following ways is prohibited: Selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.), drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.), classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.), as well as selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers.
