►Expedited / Rush Orders / "Need By" Dates
If you need your Idea Boxes by a specific date, please let us know by including a note in the comment section during checkout and by choosing the shipping option that best matches your "need by" date. We will contact you via email if we have any questions or are not able to meet your "need by" date. Please keep in mind that during certain times of the year, we may not be able to accommodate every "need by" request.
Our website offers real-time shipping rates via the USPS. Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your product. You can get a quick shipping estimate by placing the item(s) in your cart and choosing the Estimate Shipping & Tax button.
Free shipping is offered on orders of $49 or more. Shipping carrier & method will be chosen by The Idea Box Kids, and is dependent on order size & weight. Does not include Express shipping. Wholesale orders not eligible.
Why is Priority Mail the only option shown?
When Priority Mail is the only option shown, it may be the most economical way to ship your package.
Tracking Your Order
You will find your tracking number in the shipping notification email that was sent when your order was shipped. You can also find your USPS tracking number by going to My Account, then to Completed Orders. Click on the View Order Details button next to the order you are inquiring about. You will see your tracking number under the section titled, Shipments for Order #.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
The charging of credit/debit cards on The Idea Box Kids website is an automated process and handled by our payment processor. The decision to decline a card comes from the card-issuing bank. If your payment did not go through, try your card again, double-checking all the information, including the zip code. If your card still does not go through, please contact the card-issuing bank.

Returns & Refunds
We want to make returns as easy as possible! If you would like to return your purchase for a full refund, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please ship your item(s) back, postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. Note: Buyers may be responsible for return shipping. We do not accept returns sent COD. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method promptly after the return is received. To return your item(s), please fill out a Return Request (instructions below).
Note: Every return is different. If your return falls outside the guidelines as noted above, please contact us with your specific return details. We will do our best to help!
For Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to handling while in transit, please fill out a Return Request (instructions below). We will contact you promptly and send you a return shipping label to use.
Returns on Items Paid with a Gift Card
We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on items purchased with a gift card.
If you would like to exchange your product, please follow the Returns & Refunds procedure above and fill out a Return Request (instructions below).
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately.
Where to Find the Return Request Form
Please fill out a Return Request by going to My Account, then to Completed Orders. Click on the Return Item(s) option next to your order and follow the instructions. If you did not create an account and checked-out as a guest, please use the contact form to start the return process.
Gift Cards are available here.
Note: No physical gift cards are mailed or available. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Unused balances cannot be refunded.
After Purchasing a Gift Card
After you purchase a gift card, your recipient will receive their gift card code via the email that was given in the box titled: Recipient's Email. Gift Cards are usually sent immediately, but can take up to two hours depending on the recipients email system.
Printing the Gift Card to Give as a Gift
If you would like to print the gift certificate, to directly give as a gift, enter your own email in the box titled: Recipient's Email.
Using a Gift Card
To use a gift card, enter the code during the check-out process where it says, "Promo/Gift Certificate."
Gift cards are good for one year from the date of purchase.
